超濾設備常見故障發生的原因及排除方法
Causes and troubleshooting of common faults in ultrafiltration equipment
1、進水壓力低或進水量不足
1. Low influent pressure or insufficient intake of water
可能原因:超濾預處理堵塞、超濾進水泵壓力不夠、管徑偏小、閥門故障
Possible reasons: Ultrafiltration pretreatment blockage, insufficient pressure of ultrafiltration intake pump, smaller pipe diameter, and valve failure.
排除手段:清洗或更換過濾材料或裝置、更換更大的增壓泵、換管徑更大的管、更換閥門
Elimination means: cleaning or replacing filter materials or devices, replacing larger booster pumps, replacing pipes with larger diameters, and replacing valves.
2、產水量下降超過初始穩定產水量的20%
2. Water production decreased by more than 20% of the initial stable yield.
可能原因:超濾膜被污染、跨膜壓差太小、原液水質惡化、原液溫度降低、預處理供水不足、維護不當
Possible reasons: ultrafiltration membrane is polluted, transmembrane pressure difference is too small, the quality of raw water is deteriorated, the temperature of raw fluid is reduced, pretreatment is insufficient, and maintenance is improper.
排除手段:進行化學清洗和加藥殺菌、增大進水壓力,但不得超過0.3Mpa.且TMP小于0.2Mpa、改善前處理,使之達到超濾進水要求、升高原液溫度或加大進水壓力但不得超過0.3Mpa.且TMP小于0.2Mpa、檢查及改進預處理、加強維護,并更換損壞設備
Elimination means: chemical cleaning and adding medicine and sterilization, increase water pressure, but not more than 0.3Mpa. and TMP less than 0.2Mpa, improve the pretreatment, make it meet the requirements of ultrafiltration, increase the temperature of the raw liquid or increase the pressure of water but not more than 0.3Mpa. and TMP less than 0.2Mpa, check and improve the pretreatment, strengthen maintenance, and replace. Damage equipment
3、壓力表壓力突然升高
3. A sudden increase in pressure gauge pressure
可能原因:氣動蝶閥失靈
Possible reasons: the failure of pneumatic butterfly valve
排除手段:檢查氣動蝶閥或控制電路的故障
Elimination means: check the malfunction of pneumatic butterfly valve or control circuit.
